Our Association is a voluntary association and depends on the support of our neighbors to operate.
Our Association owns the walls and cul de sacs on Hershel and Prescott that were installed to reduce cut-through traffic and preserve the neighborhood in he the 1970’s. The Association does have the expense of liability insurance and filing tax returns for those association-owned areas as well as the expenses of liability insurance for our association board members.
Ways of Giving
Perry Heights residents and friends are encouraged to support Association activities with voluntary contributions to support the Expanded Neighborhood Patrol and also help underwrite the annual operating expenses of the Perry Heights Association.
Recommended annual donation amounts are $800 (or $200 per quarter) for the Expanded Neighborhood Patrol and $80 (or $20 per quarter) for operating support.
